400 Level Stair Addition

Birken Construction was hired as general contractor on this project.Our responsibilities included the addition of a complex structural steel stair set with glass railings within the existing west club. This stair was added to provide access from Suite Level down to Upper Club. In addition to the stairs, a classroom at the suite level was converted into a suite lounge. This is also the area where the stairs tie into the suite level.
