Jaguars South End Zone Improvements
This project required the reconfiguration of the South End Zone at Everbank Field for the Jacksonville Jaguars to use as an entry tunnel.
Project Overview
This project required the reconfiguration of the South End Zone at Everbank Field for the Jacksonville Jaguars to use as an entry tunnel.
The project consisted of removing existing seats, concrete, block, and concessions. Once the demolition portion was complete, we were able to expand the entry tunnel to accommodate the team's new entrance to the field.
We reconfigured the seating above, while building a new structure and walls around the tunnel. New seating areas (Loges) were added at the field level to create a new fan experience.
This project also required extensive decorative railings, major mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, data, and sound reconfiguration.
This project was on a very tight schedule to meet the football team's needs.
