121 Financial Ballpark - Locker Room Renovation

Our scope of work required us to selectively demo the existing areas to enable us to renovate the facility to requirements of the MiLB PDL. The renovation consisted of construction of home and visiting team locker rooms, coaches locker rooms, coaches offices, break rooms and medical training room including new lighting and ceilings in all spaces. Finishes included 40 custom millwork lockers with digital nameplate displays for each one, 8500 SF of ceramic tile, cleat resistant carpet, and rubber flooring. This project also included design, procurement and installation of all furniture and equipment needed throughout the facility.

This project was completed in 10 weeks, on time and under budget.
