Visitor Locker Room Relocation

This project consisted of construction of a new visitor locker room and associated interview room on the event level of the existing TIAA Bank Field Stadium, total area of approximately 10,500SF. The new spaces included new lockers, showers/toilets/grooming areas, and small athletic training areas. Significant demolition and replacement of the existing event level floor slab is required along with an extension of the. Birken was able to transform this space from the grounds department storage area to the finished visitor’s locker room in under 4 months.
